At a time whilst new leaders might be elected, and new suggestions must be stumbled on, the individuals to The price of Hawai‘i define the reasons of our present kingdom and provide issues of departure for a Hawai‘i-wide debate on our destiny. The short essays deal with quite a lot of topics―education, the surroundings, Hawaiian matters, media, tourism, political tradition, legislations, hard work, monetary making plans, govt, transportation, poverty―but the members proportion a trust that taking inventory of the place we're at once, what we have to switch, and what we have to bear in mind is a problem that every one people needs to meet.
Written for a common viewers, The price of Hawai‘i offers a cluster of beginning issues for a bigger group dialogue of Hawai‘i that are supposed to expand past the alternatives of the poll field this year.
